PARMESAN CHEESE

Considered the king of cheeses it is produced in the provinces of Parma , Reggio Emilia and Modena, and part of those of Mantua and Bologna only. It’s a DOP cheese, hard, made from raw cow’s milk, partially skimmed, without addition of any additives or preservatives and seasoned for at least 12 months.
